Web Hosting
While we at RayJan Internet Solutions work hard to maintain the best
quality service, and uptime for the webservers, we cannot be held liable
for catastrophic failures on the part of equipment or in the case of
massive bandwidth outages, nor for the inconvenience or loss of revenue
as a result. The extent of liability for Rayjan's Internet Solutions and
AMS Systems in the event of such a situation is to provide credit in the
form of free hosting for the month in which the outage occurred. This
liability does not extend to losses of uptime or data1 that may result from
routine maintanance, equipment upgrades, and the normal downtime resulting
from server reboots.

Personaly managed hosting
on the hosting packages that include a control panel, it is
possible in some cases to alter the default backup schedules
(not recomended) and as a result, when a system upgrade occurs
the existing backup on the server is not up to date. If you
manage your own site and have frequent updates I cannot sufficiently
stress the importance of having current backups of all material online.
RayJan Managed Hosting
On sites that we manage, it is our standard practice to download the
entire site once o month regardless of wether changes were made to it
or not. We keep backup copies of your website and it's contents on our
local servers and as such our backups are never more than 3 few weeks
behind any changes that may have occured in areas such as your guestbook
or calander (for those who opt to have such user editable features added
to their hosting package)
Scripting and Programmers
Neither Rayjan's Internet Solutions, nor it's owners (AMS systems of New York)
are not to be liable for the maintenance, malfunction, or repair of
broken user installed scripts (CGI, PERL,PHP, JAVA, Javascript, J or
VBscripting), we will only maintain the scripts we install, although in
the advanced hosting package you are free to nstall whatever you wish
as long as it does not compromise the security or performance of the
